Do you really need a privacy policy?

Privacy policies are not just expected, depending on the jurisdiction, they're required.

Some Rules:
  • It's better to over-disclose than under-disclose
  • Tell your users how you use their information
  • Don't say anything that's not true
  • Understand who your site is "directed" towards
