Scoping Phase​
Upfront scoping engagement ($250 / $500)
Includes 1 or 2 consultations, depending on engagement
Legal needs assessment and project discussion
Detailed Scope of Work outlining tasks, timeline, and expected hours
Scoping fee is earned and not applied to execution
Execution​​
Work begins only after Scope of Work approval
Includes up to 10 hours (Sprint) or 25 hours (Epic)
Billed at $250/hour (Sprint) or $200/hour (Epic)
Work performed according to defined priorities and scope
Billing​​
Execution billed as hours are performed
Invoiced on a recurring basis (typically every 2 weeks)
Total hours based on approved Scope of Work
No additional work performed without approval
